1. Who we are

2. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery within the Netherlands is free. We are not bound by obvious errors in the offer.

3. Order and payment

The agreement is concluded as soon as your order has been paid. You will receive a confirmation by email. Payment is handled by our payment partner Mollie.

4. Delivery

Works are made to order and delivered within 5 to 8 working days. If this is not possible, we will let you know. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, you may cancel the order free of charge.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. See Shipping & refunds. Works made to measure at your request (custom size) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and complaints

If there is anything wrong with your work, please let us know by email within a reasonable time after discovering it. Together we will find a suitable solution.

7. Copyright

All photos are original work by DRONEMASTER. The copyright remains with DRONEMASTER; with your purchase you receive the work, not the right to reproduce the photo.
