Shipping

• Your artwork at your door within 5 to 8 working days.
• Free delivery in the Netherlands.
• Sizes up to and including 50 × 70 cm are sent as a sturdily packed parcel; you will receive a track-and-trace code by email.
• Larger sizes we deliver ourselves, at a time we arrange together.
• To Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: € 14,95 per order. To the rest of the EU: € 24,95 per order.
• Sizes from 70 × 100 cm are shipped outside the Netherlands on request. Get in touch and we will quote you a price for delivery.
• Outside the EU? Get in touch and we will see what is possible.

Cooling-off period and returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive the artwork. If you would like to return it, please let us know within those 14 days via info@dronemaster.nl. You then have a further 14 days to send the work back undamaged and well packed, preferably in the original packaging.

The cost of returning the work is yours. As soon as we have received the work in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

Received damaged?

Has your artwork arrived damaged? Take a photo of the packaging and the work and send it within 48 hours to info@dronemaster.nl. We will put it right free of charge.
