Privacy policy

We only use your data to process and deliver your order, to answer your questions and, if you sign up, to let you know when new artworks are available.

What data

Name, address, email address, telephone number and your order. Payment details are processed by our payment partner Mollie; we never see them.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes (7 years), and no longer than necessary. You can withdraw a sign-up for new artworks at any time.

Sharing

Only with parties needed for your order: the payment partner, the printer and the carrier. We never sell data.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is stored only in your own browser.

Visitor statistics

To improve the site, we anonymously measure how it is used: which pages and artworks are viewed, for how long, from what kind of device and from which town or region. This happens on our own server, without cookies and without Google or other parties. We use your IP address only to determine the location (using the database of DB-IP) and do not store it. A visit is given a temporary number that disappears as soon as you close the tab; so we do not recognise you on a later visit.

If you send us a message or place an order, we link that one visit to your message or order, so we can see which artworks you viewed and help you better. Prefer not to be measured? Turn on "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" in your browser; we respect it.

Statistics retention period

We keep the anonymous statistics for a maximum of 26 months.

Your rights

You may always view, correct or have your data deleted. Email info@dronemaster.nl.
